Sales and delivery terms

 

Dansk Gummi Industri A/S applies Orgalime SC 96 as common sales and delivery terms. However, Dansk Gummi Industri A/S is at its own option, irrespective of the arbitration clause in Orgalime SC 96 ss 57, entitled to take legal action at the ordinary courts according to the rules of the Administration of Justice Act.
Legal matters of the parties are in addition to this regulated by Orgalime SC 96, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms of payment: net cash 14 days after delivery. Default interest of 1.8% per month will accrue from the due date.
All invoices will be added environmental surcharge.
