Rubber coated roller in mini-format

Length 5 mm. Dansk Gummi Industri can coat rollers as small as that with rubber. The rollers are hot vulcanised and finished by means of grinding to obtain various shapes and surfaces.  

 

Danfoss reduced scratches

Apart from being a daily source of irritation, unshielded fittings on several conveyor belts were also the cause of scratches on the shins of the employees.

What can we do about it? Maintenance Manager Harly Høffler asked, and passed on the challenge to Dansk Gummi Industri. The solution was a special cut sponge rubber block easy to mount and glue to the conveyor belts, so that the fittings were isolated.

A small thing with a large effect on the daily day of many people!
