Polyurethane coating can be conducted in various qualities depending of the purpose of the roller. Polyurethane adheres 100 % to the roller core and can be shaped into a number of shapes and surfaces.

Polyurethane coating is durable and resists heavy loads and is resistance to various types of grease and oil types and to certain chemicals.

Roller surfaces and shapes

Through grinding the polyurethane coated rollers can have various surfaces and shapes. With our CNC controlled grinder we are capable of grinding exactly the required shape. The options with regard to shapes and surfaces are the same as for rubber rollers. See the various options here.
